Verdict

This looks the stronger of the two divisions and a chance for WIFFY CHATSBY to atone for three runner-up efforts in his last four starts. He remains lightly-raced for one of his age and has already proved his proficiency around this circuit, He sets a decent standard. Queens Bay should contend despite topweight on her first start for the Mulholland team on the back of a winning spree between the flags, whilst Dawnieriver should have much more to offer over fences as a 6-y-o and ran her best race to date last time when hunting up the improved Peterbrown over course and distance. She looks set to run a big race with Tom Scudamore up. The Backup Plan is also noted now he's been eased a few pounds by the handicapper for the McCain team which has been in excellent form with recent runners.
