In depth

Verdict

Bugsie Malone was heavily eased when second here last month. A useful chaser, he is capable of better but DESIRABLE COURT has run well in both starts since winning at Newton Abbot in May. He’s won over 3m between the flags so this step up in trip should bring about further improvement. Settimo Milanese was placed twice in Ireland and having a first run of the year when pulled up at Limerick last time. Now with Richard Newland, expect him to leave that run behind.
