In depth

Verdict

Al Samha was a convincing winner on his debut and he can score again at the main expense of Greylami and Grand Strategy. The selection was well-backed before drifting on course prior to his racecourse bow when he ran out an impressive winner over Two Left Feet. He is a well-bred type and he could be up to the task of scoring again on his handicap debut. Greylami is an obvious danger as he was impressive winner over Silver Waters at Kempton last time. He has clearly improved over the winter and if he can progress again here then he will give our selection plenty to think about. Grand Strategy is chasing the hat-trick here today but he was all-out to beat Tevez last time out and he may be vulnerable tonight against some unexposed types. Dream Desert won well on his debut so this colt from the Mick Channon yard should not be discounted lightly. However there was plenty to like about the way Al Samha won first time out and he looks a good bet to follow-up.
