      Verdict

      Triskaidekaphobia was scheduled to be here last night and he would take the beating if turning up so we will stick with Garlogs in the event of a non-appearance. Garlogs won well last time out following something of an absence and if he can secure a soft lead here, he will take the beating again. Overstayed has dropped substantially down the weights but not without reason. He has had only two runs on the all-weather but they weren't anything spectacular. Sparkwell is inconsistent but from a yard that are in form. Totally Free can be forgiven for needing the run following absence but there is no hiding place here. Commander Wish made hay from low marks of 45 and 51 but has struggled off similar marks in recent times. Triskaidekaphobia would take the beating if taking the engagement but if Julia Tooth's charge does not turn up, Garlogs is selected.
