        Verdict

        Tree Roofer is given the narrow vote over Balthasar with Chilali put forward as the other for the shortlist. The selection is in good form and he will be suited by the return to the minimum trip after putting up a fair effort over 6f here last time behind Orchestration. He looks to have everything in his favour today and he should be capable of getting his head in front. Balthasar would have definite claims on the pick of his form but he has something to prove on his return after a break and we are quite happy to take him on. Crowberry won't have to be anything out of the ordinary to make a winning debut, while it will be a surprise if any of the others are good enough and in a moderate contest for the winner we return to Tree Roofer.
