Verdict

Needwood Ridge left a poor run in a bumper at Southwell behind when popping up at massive odds here last time and has to come into the reckoning with plenty of scope for improvement. Both Focail Eile and Dabbers Ridge have yet to reproduce their best turf form on Polytrack though the latter has won here before, but John Potts is a happiest at this track and won for the fifth time here since December a fortnight ago. However, another chance is given to TUKITINYASOK who is now 9lb lower than when winning at Ripon in August and ran well when fourth to Peadar Miguel at Lingfield last month.
