        Verdict

        Cativo Cavallino looks the pick in this modest affair, Prettilini and Succeed could provide most danger. Julian Poulton's gelding is steadily getting the hang of this game and finished an excellent third behind Overwing at Lingfield last time. With further progression expected he should be hard to beat here. Prettilini has a bit in hand of the selection on official ratings and didn't fair badly last time. However the stable is very much out of form and so you can't back this one with any confidence. Succeed ran well over course and distance last time and may be a bit of each-way value. The others make very little appeal and so we come back to Cativo Cavallino as our idea of the winner.
