Sweet Request could be the answer to this trappy contest with Dart and Verbatim the others to consider. The selection was a clear second behind Gordonsville here last time and this filly can gain her reward tonight for a string of consistent efforts. She has the best of the draw here and she can provide Seb Sanders with another winner. Verbatim ran well from a poor draw at Chester last time so she merits respect again here, especially as the draw has been kind to her tonight. In contrast, Dart has not been done any favours by stall 11 and she shapes as though she will be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Lord Of The Lake showed a bit of promise on his debut at Newmarket but he will need to show significant improvement to get competitive, and we will side with Sweet Request who can land the prize.
