    Verdict

Spring Breeze is selected to outstay them all in the finale, with Tropical Son, Treason Trial and Astromancer seen as the main dangers. Spring Breeze has in the main been very consistent this term and may appreciate the faster Polytrack surface after finishing second at Southwell last time. The son of Dr Fong is relatively lightly raced, and with Danny Tudhope taking off a valuable five-pounds, he must be in the shake-up surely. Tropical Son will be a threat though as he stayed on well over a shorter trip at Lingfield, while Treason Trial never got serious here last time but is another for whom the longer journey may bring about improvement. Astromancer is at the right end of the weights and is another to consider, but Spring Breeze has leading claims and has to be the one.
