Spare Parts was third at Lingfield on Saturday on his first run for Phil McEntee. He’s a 12-race maiden but will probably never get a better chance to break his duck. Billyfairplay is another seeking a first victory and the return to a longer trip could be a problem. BUSH BEAUTY has already won four times here, one more than Sir Lancelott. She was competing in much better company in the summer and, though winless since June 2016 and unraced since September, should have too much class for these.
