Verdict

DUBAI STORMING and Sounds Of Jupiter are the two to concentrate on although there may be more to come from Midnight Bay and Shaker Style. Jamie Spencer teams up with Ed Dunlop's charge for the first time which is significant as he's ridden more winners for the trainer over the past five seasons than any other jockey and his strike rate's not bad either. The fourth and fifth home won their next starts and there should be improvement forthcoming over this trip. Sounds Of Jupiter has progressed with each start and improved for the step up to eleven furlongs as one might have hoped for a son of Galileo. He didn't have an awful lot in hand but he is progressing along the right lines. Merton Lad is a potential improver for this longer trip, Midnight Bay shapes as though he'll be suited by the step up but that may not be the case with Shaker Style who raced keenly and was hard ridden to open his account last time. Dubai Storming has more potential and will do for us.
