Verdict

Doughnut's recent form looks solid and she gets the vote over Light Shift and To The Point. Only finding a nice sort of Linda Stubbs' too good last time, Richard Hannon's filly looks the one to beat on the form book. She has the pace to lead this field and could prove hard to pass. Tactics could prove interesting here as Light Shift can certainly shift and this commentator¿s nightmare was only beaten six lengths in the Queen Mary at Ascot; a penalty makes her life tougher though. To The Point won well on debut at Warwick and then ran with credit in a Listed contest at York. She should not be ruled out, comments that also apply to Kerrys Requiem although she has a bit to find with Doughnut on their recent clash. Val De Flores and Rapanui Belle are hard to fancy after one poor run apiece and so preference is for Doughnut.
