Verdict

We end proceedings at Windsor with a tricky 15 runner handicap but hopefully KATEHARI can get his head in front from Essexbridge and Dream On Buddy. Andrew Balding's son of Noverre ran in a very competitive handicap here two weeks ago but was found wanting. However, that was his seasonal reappearance and over an inadequate trip and should strip fitter today with the step up in trip likely to suit. There are plenty unknown quantities in the field with a number of three-year-olds making their seasonal debuts. We don't know have much they have trained on but Essexbridge looked decent at two and if training on should make his presence felt. Another runner from the Hannon yard is Our Boy Barrington and he should be monitored very closely after his latest victory. Dream On Buddy has Frankie Dettori on board tonight so he must also be watched in the market in this very open heat but Katehari just gets our vote.
