Verdict

A Windsor maiden without a Hannon runner is a rarity, and we'll go here with ROCKY'S PRIDE who can land the spoils ahead of Saturn Girl and Truly Asia. Jeremy Noseda's having a fine time at the moment, and he comes here with just the one runner on the card, with Rocky's Pride looking to go one better than on debut at Goodwood. He's been taken out of a Beverley race tomorrow to come here, and The Chevely Park Stud who own him will hope to recoup some of the 135,000 Guineas they paid for him as a yearling. A son of Rock of Gibraltar, he looks a solid selection if coming on for his debut. Saturn Girl and Truly Asia both finished just outside the frame on debut. Both were costly purchases, and if progressing should be involved. The market can guide us here as in any maiden, but we'll support Rocky's Pride.
