Putra Pekan is in form at present and can take another decent prize although there will be plenty of support for Rockets 'N Rollers and Ancient World. Michael Jarvis' charge appears to handle any surface and he handed a severe beating to the well regarded New Seeker at Ascot. While some may point to the fact that New Seeker seemed ill at ease on the soft ground , we believe that the winner simply illustrated the fact that he could be listed if not group class this term. Rockets 'N Rollers is a tough customer who will probably front-run. His Haydock performance reads well but he will need to post a career best here. Ancient World has joined Godolphin from the stables of Andre Fabre. The form of Godolphin's older horses has not been great this term and we will wait for positive signs of encouragement from the ring. Atavus should run his usual game race although the official figures suggest that he has it to do. Cosmo returns from a long absence while Excelsius showed little at Doncaster. Putra Pekan is the pick.
