In depth

Verdict

With the already raced horses in this contest not showing much ability it looks as though the horses from the two top stables will be battling it out for honours. Paul Nicholls sends Classify, who although Flat-bred, is well regarded by connections. However he may need further than this. Therefore the selection is Nicky Henderson's Spread The Dream who is classically National Hunt-bred and with his trainer having an excellent record at this track looks the one to be on. Of those who have raced Forever Dream can be given a chance though he is nothing special and has never run on such a fast surface. As usual, the market generally provides the best guide to horses' chances in this sort of race.
