Vinabell never figured at Fairyhouse last time raised 8lb for an earlier success over a longer trip than this at the same track. Our Jerry scored over 2m at Cork last month and would have preferred more cut in the ground at Ballinrobe on his latest start. He could go well today but NO WAY JACK had shown little over hurdles until finishing runner-up over today’s trip at Fairyhouse behind the progressive Scotch Quay. He failed to make the cut here yesterday but this contest looks no tougher and Patrick Martin’s charge can open his account in a weak handicap. Josephina finished closer at Thurles last time and has scope for further progress.
