In depth

Verdict

Another wide open affair here with not much between many of the leading rivals Cal Mac, Gargoyle Girl, Northern Minster, and Red Flyer and the vote goes to Cal Mac. The selection has shown a modicum of ability without winning and he looks to be on a fair mark he has conditions to suit and he will be hard to beat. Gargoyle Girl rates the main danger on here win over Just The Jobe a couple of runs ago but she was slightly disappointing behind Tandava last time and may now be in the handicappers grip. Northern Minster is another that could go well he was a fair fifth behind Fairy Skin Maker and goes on any ground. Red Flyer was a fair fourth behind Illustrious Duke last time but he looks to have plenty on at the weights. Of the remainder My Ace is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Cal Mac.
