In depth

Verdict

Walk Of No Shame is the most experienced but hasn’t really looked like winning in any of her three starts to date. On Se Calme won a point at Ballingarry in May and has since joined the Alan King stable but the newcomer ROSE AND THISTLE can eclipse her rivals. She is a half-sister to the stable’s three-times hurdles winner Rose To Fame and trainer Kim Bailey knows the time of day in races like this. Fergal O’Brien also gets plenty of bumper winners and saddles Southwell third Magistra Equitum and Fortune Forever, who was fourth here in September. Smurfette is also worth a market check.
