MR WASHINGTON has completed a four-timer since changing stables but hasn't won by far in his last three so has only gone up 3lb for his course and distance success on New Year's Eve - he can go in again. At the other end of the weights, Ballymillsy will be making his handicap debut without having won a race and though Trixster has won around here he's lost his form after a long absence. Ratfacemcdougall went up 8lb for a convincing victory at Musselburgh then ran poorly at Kempton but bounced back to win easily at Hereford, though he's been hit with another 9lb rise. Transpennine Star won a Stratford handicap by a distance in August though has come nowhere near that level of form subsequently but Crown Hill has a chance at the weights on his run behind the selection at Ludlow in December.
