In depth

Verdict

Dual bumper winner Betameche was just run out of it by Northern Soul at Wetherby last month and is certain to make a bold bid to go one better. Captain Woodie hasn't been seen since gaining his second bumper victory in March 2017 but he looked a smart prospect that day and a long absence is rarely a problem for one of Nicky Henderson's. Those Tiger Feet won a Hereford bumper on his debut before finding Listed company too hot at Ascot He has a decent jumping pedigree so is one to keep an eye on though the vote goes to TEGEREK, a winner on the Flat in France who caught the eye when third at Leicester last month. Champagne Mist will probably do better when sent over further.
