In depth

Verdict

Dagueneau tries his luck in handicap company after victories in novice company at Huntingdon and Stratford but the handicapper has taken no chances with Emma Lavelle’s charge. Fleeting Visit was fit from the Flat when scoring at Southwell but only has one below him in the weights. Lungarno Palace found only one too good at Market Rasen but Theclockisticking continues to frustrate while Shantou Village is better known as a chaser despite a recent third here over the smaller obstacles. BLACK BUBLE ran well on his reappearance and was probably a bit unlucky at Bangor last month where the winner got first run on him. He makes more appeal than the likes of Ballon Onabudget and Sebastian Beach.
