TAGULA BLUE is not as good as he was a couple of years ago but comes here on the back of improved form on the level and the Ian Williams-trained gelding is taken to make a winning return to hurdles in this lowly level, getting the verdict ahead of Malakiya and Nayodabayo. The eight-year-old, a winner of a seller at Huntingdon in August has run well in three starts since then, and he has to be respected. Willies Way has given little sign of encouragement in recent starts and looks best watched even dropped down to selling company, while Chunky Lad needs to improve on recent form to trouble the judge. Just Like That could be of interest in this grade on his first start for Evan Williams since coming over from Ireland but a bigger threat may come from Jonjo O'Neill's Malakiya, who ran to a decent level of form in this grade at Towcester last week and he is taken to go one better here.
