Verdict

Eleazar has a solid record under Rules and made an impressive start to his hunter chase career at Fakenham when trouncing subsequent scorer Assassino by 28 lengths. He could be one to follow next winter and is fancied to make a race of it here with selection DANTE'S STORM. Alan Hill's nine-year-old has always been held in high regard and can be forgiven his run in the Foxhunter Chase at Cheltenham where he paid the price for trying to match strides with the classy Baby Run. Breaking Silence beat Silly Wupple by four lengths at Southwell last month but will surely struggle to give weight to a couple of very decent hunters.
