In depth

Verdict

Dantie Boy is on an upward curve and this looks like a good opportunity for him to follow up his easy win at Exeter last month. He did make a hash at some of his hurdles on that occasion but he can be forgiven that on account of his inexperience. He will be wiser for the run and should go on from here. Beat The Retreat and Putup Or Shutup could provide him with his sternest test to date.
