    In depth

    Verdict

A well contested handicap with plenty of in-form rivals in opposition. Kilkenny Castle has been in excellent form of late both on the all-weather and turf but had a fitness rivals over many when winning narrowly last time and a 5lb rise may prevent the follow up. Broadway Score is lightly raced and open to plenty of improvement having won a shade comfortably on his recent return while Prize Winer has a touch of class but may be anchored by top weight. Kuster would ideally prefer more cut in the ground so the vote goes to Wood Dalling who made a pleasing return at Newbury. Henry Cecil's charge stayed on strongly to snatch fourth behind The Judge in the Newbury Spring Cup and should appreciate the extra two furlongs here so a bold show is anticipated from this scopey son of Woodman.
