A field large in numbers and the market may prove the best guide as to what is expected. Sangatte, Mowhawk Brave and Sea Otter are all sure to have there supporters. But we prefer to take a chance on Mister Flint the gelding from the bang in form Philip Hobbs yard showed enough in two similar contests to suggest he can win a race of this nature and with that experience behind him he will be hard to beat. Sangatte is well bred and from a shrewd yard and the market will indicate what is expected today. Mowhawk Brave showed improved form last time out when fourth in a similar contest and if he improved again he would have definite place claims. Sea Otter is from a yard that has a good record in this sphere and is another to look at in the market. Of the remainder Web Master is another to keep an eye on with an to the future.
