    Verdict

Little racecourse evidence to go on here and as ever in this type of event the market may provide the best clues. Of those with experience, Henry Daly's Burdens Girl looks best. The five-year-old was fancied for her debut at Ludlow two months ago and wasn't disgraced in fourth. She is sure to improve as will Gretton, Mrs Ritchie and Fleur who all shaped with ability on their first start while David Gandolfo introduces Court Dreaming, a daughter of Alflora, who will be of particular interest in the market.
