Verdict

Easter Dancer made a promising start at Hereford last month while Flat Cap Thursday and Princesse Katie have the past form to figure. Wychwoods Dancer was second on her debut at Worcester in June while Toto Corde Meo has a decent pedigree and has already won a point-to-point. But it will be disappointing if a couple of well-bred newcomers don't figure prominently here with KERENSA, who is from the same family as smart NH performers River Ceiriog and Young Hustler, narrowly preferred to Victor Dartnall's Generous mare Generous Beauty.
