Toby Lerone has only been placed three times in nine previous tries over hurdles but has won three times over this sort of trip over fences so has to go on the short-list, as does For Instance, who has already won a bumper and a point-to-point. Banderitos and Worcester third Florida Calling have also won between the flags and another ex-pointer, Ceann Sibheal, is worth a market check along with the nicely-bred mare Midnight Folie. But this looks a good opportunity for ROBINSSON to get off the mark after placing at Exeter. That was a step up on his hurdling debut at Bangor and he should enjoy this even longer trip.
