In depth

Verdict

Adrian Maguire has acquired PEKING TO PARIS from Willie Mullins and there's no reason why he shouldn't win races, including this, with the seven-year-old, who landed a Gowran bumper in the summer and didn't run badly on his hurdling debut at Limerick in July. Anoosou has been inconsistent since turning to hurdles but ran well behind Rawnaq in a handicap at Bellewstown in August and a repeat would see him in the firing line. American Flyer ran a fine race on New Year's Day at Tramore but hardly picked his feet up in his two later starts in March and hasn't been seen since. Winning point-to-pointers Line View and Soul Season should also be kept on the right side though the former has a penalty to carry for a bumper victory.
