Verdict

Churchstonewarrior ran very well in a Punchestown maiden hurdle in November and put the experience to good use to land a bumper here by 16 lengths last month for which he's penalised. AIN'T THAT A SHAME would probably have taken a hand in the finish but for a mistake at the second last when tackling 2m4f at Fairyhouse. He was staying on at the time and today's longer trip can see him off the mark. John Adams was returning from a very long break when fourth at Punchestown while Wall Of Fame came up against some smart winners in two starts between the flags.
