Verdict

Acclaim The Nation finished in front of Computable when scoring over track and trip recently and is 5lb higher today. Harome has been thereabouts of late and was ahead of Suwaan, Landing Night, Longroom and Tanasoq when second at Musselburgh on his penultimate start. Ventura Secret was beaten less than a length over 6f here last time but a chance is taken on ALEEF. The latter was gelded earlier this year and has been competing in tougher sprints than this subsequently. Dropped in class today and back on a winning mark, David O’Meara’s charge gets the vote.
