      Verdict

DR IRV was in superb form in the summer of 2013, winning three out of four including over this track and trip. He's gradually been dropping to a winnable mark and may have been a bit unlucky at Wetherby last time. Exclusive Contract scored over 1m4f here three weeks ago and though tackling this trip for the first time has always looked like a stayer so should be suited. He easily holds Frosty The Snowman on his latest run and the latter is still a maiden after 18 starts. Strikemaster, who won here in 2013, missed most of last season but reappeared after a long absence with a very good run at Catterick in May and is worth an each-way punt. Rayadour, however, does most of his winning on testing ground.
