CUP FINAL finished a close-up fourth in a Wincanton bumper in April, despite meeting trouble in-running. The race has worked out quite well and Nicky Henderson's gelding can make a winning debut over hurdles. Irving looks a big danger as he won four times on the Flat in his native Germany and will have been well schooled. Famousandfearless was a little keen on his hurdles bow at Wetherby and faded in the closing stages. The drop back in trip might help while Magic Money won a mares' hurdle at Ludlow last time, though has more to do here under a penalty.
