        Verdict

        Most can be given a chance including Gentlemen, who finished in front of Esprit De Corps when placed here on New Year’s Day. Luis Vaz De Torres can race off a lower mark on the all-weather and was runner-up at Newcastle recently while prolific course winner Crosse Fire has been thereabouts over shorter trips lately but has yet to race over 7f. Sooqaan found one too good over track and trip in between modest efforts over a mile while maiden winner Creek Harbour debuts on the Fibresand but SPACE BANDIT is also unexposed and returning to this venue for the first time since scoring here in November, Mick Appleby’s charge gets the nod in an open contest.
