        Verdict

        Veteran performer Soba Jones may be able to record a thirteenth career success with Guadaloup and High Window others to consider. The selection is now 5lbs lower than when last winning a handicap just under a year ago. He has been running creditably in defeat of late and this appears to be a reasonable opportunity to get his head in front. High Window has been putting in some decent work at the finish of late and could make his presence felt but his recent second was the first time that he has been placed in fourteen starts on the level. Guadaloup has two wins to her name and could pop up as she should be cherry ripe having had three starts following a short break. Tenancy didn't fare too badly last time and could figure but he hasn't been one to rely on in the past and the claims of Soba Jones are preferred.
