    Verdict

SUREWHYNOT won over 1m3f here back in May when trained in Ireland. He’s been switched to Scott Dixon’s yard subsequently and should be in the mix again only 3lb higher. Stablemate Albert Boy scored at Thirsk last week, with Palindrome back in third, but has yet to win in 13 starts on artificial surfaces while Filament Of Gold won at Bath in June and does most of his racing on the all-weather at Wolverhampton. Onda District was placed at the latter track recently and is new to the Fibresand while Red Douglas finished third here at the start of the year and should be sharper for last month’s comeback.
