      Verdict

      SIR BILLY WRIGHT is a useful sprinter on his day and after a quiet period following an absence returned to better form this month with a pleasing second to the in-form Sweet Pursuit. If close to his best he'll be involved at the very least off his current mark of 74. His last win just over a year ago came off a mark of 83. Field of Vision comes into the contest in winning form and has enjoyed a good season so another prominent effort is anticipated. Just An Idea found form the last day too so comes into the reckoning with Kinglami and Somewhere Secret not ruled out either. Espresso Freedo is hard to assess off topweight as he's only been running on the all-weather.
