Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

DEEP TROUBLE ran well on his first two starts after arriving from Ireland before making all for a very easy victory at Worcester in May for which a 7lb penalty shouldn't be enough to prevent a follow-up. Key To The West has finished runner-up twice in bumpers and four times over hurdles, all on ground with plenty of give. He looked as though he'd had enough for the season on his final start of the last campaign. Parsnip Pete showed the occasional promise over hurdles but made his mark over fences last season where he scored twice. Man Of Steel completed a hat-trick of bumper victories on fast ground before a poor run on his hurdling debut but is expected to do much better.
