In depth

Verdict

Greyt Big Stuff can come out on top over Johannesburg Cat, with Spice Bar and Legend House worth a mention. Greyt Big Stuff impressed with his attitude on his Fibresand debut, grounding out victory in workmanlike fashion. A similar performance today may well be enough in a race that will take little winning. Johannesburg Cat has shown little in two British starts, but there must surely be more to come from Nick Littmoden's charge, while Spice Bar will appreciate the step up to a mile on breeding. Legend House was not beaten that far in a Wolverhampton fillies' affair three weeks ago, and can also be included in calculations, but in truth this is a mediocre contest, and Gay Kelleway will be disappointed if Greyt Big Stuff cannot follow up.
