        Verdict

        Sooqaan has won here in the distant past but last month’s success at Wolverhampton was his first win since 2014. Tilly Devine has failed to figure since scoring here at the start of last month and prolific Fibresand winner General Tufto rarely gets his head in front nowadays. John Caesar is not badly treated if taking to the surface but ST PATRICK’S DAY gets a speculative vote to return to form in a poor handicap having won off much higher marks here in the past.
