        Verdict

        STANLEY RIGBY rattled up a five-timer at this track early in the year and wasn't beaten far off today's mark the last time he raced here in March. He has a recent comeback run on the Polytrack under his belt and, as most of today's opposition have something to prove either at the distance or on the surface, Richard Fahey's charge gets the vote. Sail Home looks the biggest threat as she won her maiden over C&D in January and produced a better effort at Kempton last time, but Hits Only Jude and Follow The Flag have done all their winning over shorter trips to date and Royal Swain makes his Fibresand debut.
