Verdict

Minortransgression finally came good last month when landing a double over C&D. He's up another 6lb for winning an amateur race here last time, but Riczar impressed the handicapper more with her recent maiden win over 7f at this course as she's been raised a harsh-looking 16lb. She beat the re-opposing PULSATILLA by over three lengths on that occasion but, as the latter is less exposed and likely to be suited by today's longer trip, Bryan Smart's filly is fancied to reverse running. King Pin was beaten only a length over C&D by Mcconnell, who runs in the previous race, on his recent return from a lengthy absence and should go well again.
