In depth

Formwatch

China Castle Has been in great form of late and likely to make his presence felt once again today; sure to be thereabouts.

Give Me A Ring (IRE) Interesting contender who developed into a smart handicapper a couple of seasons back but has had his training problems since; had a pipe-opener over hurdles and could be good enough if he's back to his best.

Rambo Waltzer Has been a grand servant over 8/9 furlongs but this trip is stretching his stamina and he makes little appeal.

Weetman's Weigh (IRE) Scored in good style last time out and is in good heart but is another who will find this distance beyond his compass.

White Plains (IRE) Capable of getting into the argument but his run last time out suggests that he may not be at his best at present.

Gulf Shaadi Far from disgraced at Doncaster last time out and is from a stable that has been in fair form on the sand.

Barrys Double Moderate form over a variety of distances and looks to have plenty to find on the book.

Don Fayruz (IRE) Modest handicap hurdler who looks out of his depth.

Strawman Needs further than this trip and is likely to find himself struggling to go the pace.

Al Mabrook (IRE) Third to Caversfield over a mile last time on the level but this trip is stretching his stamina and he may get tired at the business end of the race.

Jato Dancer (IRE) One paced plater who is hard to enthuse over.

Sash (IRE) Place din selling company last time out but this is a much tougher assignment and he will surely struggle.

Red Roses (IRE) Has claims on the best of last season's form but made no show on reappearance and it's asking a lot to see him in the finish tomorrow.

Dinky Very poor form over a variety of distances and is impossible to recommend.

Sharp Steel ran well on only start at this trip a while back and is not without a chance if reproducing that effort here.
