      Verdict

Pegasus Dancer is the clear pick on the book and is preferred to Guto and Nautical. The selection is having his first run on this surface this afternoon which is a slight cause for concern but he has upwards of 5lbs in hands of his rivals on official ratings. He has been running well in similar contests at Wolverhampton and Lingfield throughout the course of the winter and should take the beating. Guto isn't the force of old and drops in grade having never been able to muster the pace to be competitive in a course and distance handicap last time and remains best watched. Nautical seemed to handle the surface well enough last time but it's questionable as to whether he has the speed for this trip and he has plenty to find with the selection, Pegasus Dancer, on the book.
