In depth

Verdict

Break The Silence is usually in the mix here without winning and finished behind BEE MACHINE when the latter scored over track and trip last month. Declan Carroll’s charge may be the one to side with again in a tight contest. Geography Teacher is another to consider on recent placed efforts here though remains 7lb higher than an earlier success on the Fibresand while Global Melody was beaten only a length in an amateurs' race over 6f last week and stays this far. Veteran and course standing dish Alpha Tauri still pops up at this level when the mood takes him but Espoir Et Bonheur has shown little in Ireland to suggest she can figure.
