In depth

Verdict

Harry Hunt prevailed in a driving three-way finish last time at Stratford to record a first chasing success. He's taken well to fences and must go well. Contrastingly Brady, despite useful form figures, has been well beaten into second place on all three starts over fences and has yet to really convince over the larger obstacles. He's talented, though, and in good hands to become more proficient. MULDOON'S PICNIC was taken out at Wetherby in midweek and comes here instead. He's taken plenty of time to get his act together over fences and made heavy weather of landing a first chasing success, also at Wetherby. But Kim Bailey has always had a high opinion of him though and he could well improve significantly for that latest win for a yard in splendid touch.
