In depth

Verdict

Adrian Keatley tries Northern Sky in blinkers after he just failed to hold the late thrust of Wotabreeze at Hamilton. The going may have been too quick for him that day and he's progressing enough to get involved here. Miss Ballygally hadn't shown much until gaining a shock victory over this trip at Tipperary, for which she's been raised 8lb. It didn't look a fluke as she travelled well throughout so she should enter calculations. Liberty's Gift scored over fences last month but is better over further while Tap Focus followed a very good run at Limerick with a poor effort on testing ground at Tipperary. CHEVAL ROUGE has won over the course and distance from a much higher mark and she'll be better for last week's run so gets the nod in a tricky handicap.
