In depth

Verdict

DIBELLA is an obvious starting point in this having won a maiden hurdle at Navan in March before finishing fourth in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse last month. A reproduction of that form would make Paul Nolan's filly tough to beat here. Missgiloney ran a nice race when fifth to Quiet Thought at Limerick and wouldn't be far away if improving a little on that. She finished ahead of Maryiver at Leopardstown in February, though the latter could improve for the fitting of first-time blinkers here. Former pointer Wheresmary doesn't look badly treated on her first run in a handicap and may be best of the rest at the weights.
